The Clubhouse is designed to be relaxed, respectful, and enjoyable for everyone. These House Rules help keep the space comfortable for guests, members, staff, and future visitors.
Bookings and Walk-Ins
- Bookings are recommended.
- Walk-ins are welcome subject to bay availability.
- Session pricing is shown inside the Book Now flow.
- Online bookings are confirmed on submit when the selected bay time is available.
- Guests must complete the required waiver before play.
Group Size
- Guest bookings are available for up to 4 players per bay/session.
- Members may book up to 6 players per bay/session, subject to availability and House Rules.
- Only one player may be in the hitting area and taking shots at a time.
- The Clubhouse may limit group size or session format when needed to protect the experience, equipment, or schedule.
Respect the Space
- Guests are expected to treat the simulator bays, lounge areas, furniture, screens, clubs, and equipment with care.
- Please follow staff guidance when using the simulator bays.
- Guests may be responsible for damage caused by careless, unsafe, or improper use.
Golf Safety
- Only swing inside the designated hitting area.
- Make sure the area is clear before swinging.
- Do not stand near another player while they are swinging.
- Do not hit iron shots from auto rubber tees; staff will guide the proper setup for iron play.
- Children or inexperienced players must be supervised by an adult or responsible guest.
Playing Area
- No food or drinks are allowed inside the playing area.
- Staff may remove damaged, dirty, or scratched balls from play.
- Please follow staff instructions for ball condition, tee use, and bay safety.
Rental Clubs and Gear
- Rental clubs may be available, subject to availability.
- Guests are welcome to bring their own clubs.
- Please use clean clubs and avoid equipment that may damage simulator screens, mats, or venue property.
Member Benefits
- Member benefits may include preferred rates, bundled-hour options, member programming, private events, larger group bookings, and limited locker access.
- All member benefits are subject to availability, membership standing, capacity, and House Rules.
- Private events are a member benefit and require approval.
Lounge Conduct
- The Clubhouse is a relaxed golf lounge, not a loud party venue.
- Guests are expected to keep noise, behavior, and conduct respectful toward others.
- The Clubhouse may refuse or end service if behavior affects the safety, comfort, or experience of other guests, members, or staff.
Changes to House Rules
- The Clubhouse may update these House Rules as operations develop.
