Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of The Clubhouse Siargao website, bookings, and membership. By using this site or booking a bay, you agree to these terms.
Bookings & Requests
Online bookings are confirmed on submit when the selected bay time is still available. No payment is collected online; settle bay time and any food, drinks, or rentals with staff after play.
Membership
Membership applications are reviewed by staff and granted only after approval. Members agree to the House Rules and the Membership Agreement & Safety Waiver signed during application.
Conduct & Safety
All players must follow the House Rules, staff safety instructions, and the signed waiver at all times. We may refuse or end play for unsafe conduct.
Payments
Pricing is confirmed by staff. Any fees are arranged directly with our team. Cancellation, refund, and reschedule terms are confirmed at the time of booking.
Changes
We may update these terms, the House Rules, pricing, and hours. The current version published here applies to your use of the venue and this site.
